Caroline Sumners is the CEO of Empower Academic Coaching. She has over 15 years of experience as an educator, academic coach, and student advocate supporting students who learn differently, especially students with ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence. She founded Empower Academic Coaching to help all students build executive function, confidence, and ownership of their learning. In addition to coaching students in school and college applications, she provides professional development to teachers and academic coaches. She has a B.S. in Biology from the University of Georgia and a Master of Arts in Teaching Biology from Agnes Scott College.
