She is a passionate educator who has served both K-12 and higher education institutions. She is a proud HBCU graduate of the “Unsinkable” Albany State University and an alumna of TMCF’s Teacher Quality and Retention Program. She currently serves as Senior Manager of Thurgood Marshall College Fund’s Seeking, Observing, and Achieving Results (SOAR) Program, where she supports high school students and their families in navigating college and career pathways with confidence. Alicia is driven by her passion to create strong, confident students who become productive citizens within their communities and leaders in society.
